How long does it take to receive an order?

Our average delivery times are 2 to 4 working days. We deliver via Postpac Priority for Switzerland.

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery charges?

We mainly deliver in Switzerland. We offer free shipping for all orders over 50 CHF of purchase (Postpac Priority)

Where do we come from?

Our company is based in Vevey, Switzerland. We ship our packages directly from our premises. We regularly travel to Sri Lanka to visit our family and conduct quality checks on the production, packaging, and shipping of our products. Our batches are produced only on demand to ensure the freshness and quality of our raw materials.

Who delivers my article and what are the delivery times?

Your items are delivered by Swiss Post.
We ship your orders via PostPac Priority or Economy.

What happens if no one is home?

Don't worry, your items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can pick it up.

I made a mistake with the delivery address, what should I do?

No panic, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general sales conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further modifications can be made.

What are the available payment methods?

Currently, you can pay by credit card and debit card on our site. We do not accept either, nor transfers or invoice payments. These payment methods may be deployed at a later time.
