I tested it in marinades for my skewers: In a bowl, a little yogurt, salt, roasted curry ;), lemon juice and a garlic-ginger paste. We mix everything and brush the meat. Leave to rest for at least 30min-1h (Overnight would be ideal). When I grilled them on the plancha, I felt directly transported to Sri Lanka, it smelled so good! It was exquisite, I regret not having made more..

I had the opportunity to taste this curry which literally took me on a journey, a real discovery. It is a curry with character, tasty, creamy, intense with a light roasted taste which prolongs the pleasure. Nothing to do with the curry that you usually find in supermarkets. It has flavor, it is authentic AND ABOVE ALL you don't need a lot for a dish for 4 people. Three teaspoons are enough. 5 stars for me!
